Obama signs a bill to ban fruit and candy flavored cigarettes, excluding menthol. Obama is a smoker himself btw.

I hang out with some people specifically so I can smell clove cigarettes. =[

Keep in mind, some people would use that same argument against anyone who wants to smoke anywhere outside of a well ventilated and filtered room in their own home.

Either second hand smoke is a dangerous and significant cause of cancer and should be banned in public areas where it could effect others. Or it is not a harm to others and people should just leave each other alone. Legislation on the flavor of the tobacco should ever matter.

The libertarian in me is crying. I hate smoking, but the idea of someone banning specific cigarette flavors is appalling.
