Board Update

Okay, while going to View the most recent posts, got this:

So the board is definitely starting to break down. I know Fata wanted me to try upgrading the board without completely annihilating all the posts, but it's quickly become obvious to me that I'm having trouble finding the time right now between a job and my sisters twins that will be born in about a week.

Does anyone else out there have enough time or experience to give this a shot?

Currently the board uses 2.0.23, and the latest version is 3.0.5. The problem is I don't know how to backup the posts, and member profiles so they can be re-uploaded with this new version (I can't do a simple update because the version is too old). If you have the time, can you find the steps to at somehow export the posts and profile so that it can be uploaded to version 3.0.5?
