The more I listen to her the more I dislike her. Any form of judicial activism makes me cringe. Bold face lying makes me rage. However, as somebody already said, "The only way for her not to get confirmed is to have a meltdown."

Welcome to the Supreme Court. Even Scalia and Roberts pull all sorts of say one thing and do another BS. They usually mask it in "textual originalism" arguments, but it's the same thing most of the other Justices do. The only exception is Justice Thomas who holds to his principles without fail; you already know what Thomas is going to say before he says it because he holds the line.

Also, after hearing a handful of gripes from the other side I can say that "without judicial activism there would be no civil rights!!!1one" is one of the weakest arguments ever.
